  • Is ordering online secure?
    Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website. The server that hosts our bookstore encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet. Once we receive the encrypted information, we use a private, one-of-a-kind key to decode it.
  • How do I shop for items online?
    There are two ways to shop our full assortment online. You can shop by browsing the various product categories and their drop-down menus at the top of the page. Or, you can search for an item you are looking for by typing the product words or style number into the "Search" box.
  • How do I place my order?
    Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the lower-right corner of the screen and click on the “Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server and then asked to check out and pay.
  • How do I view what's in my shopping cart?
    To view the contents of your cart, click on the “View cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the number of copies you want to purchase of a particular item in your cart by updating the quantity listed and then clicking the “Update cart” link. You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the “Remove” checkbox to the left of that item and then updating your cart with the "Update cart" link.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    The customer picks up is unavailable. We don't have a customer counter at any of our locations. No customer pickup or showroom.
  • Is there a minimum order?
    There are No Minimums. we are open to the public. We are a company that caters to our pricing and services to customers who love to shop freely. This site is open to the public.
  • Can I track my order?
    You may check the status of your order at any time by viewing the Order History section of My Account. You will also receive e-mail updates about your order status at the address you provided during checkout. If you need further assistance tracking your order please contact a Customer Service Associate by emailing us on jmmarketingfirm@gmail.com It may take up to 1 hour for processing information to appear in your Order History after you select "Place Order". Shipment tracking information is provided in your Order History when your package is checked into the carrier's system and may not be available for up to 48 hours after an order has left our warehouse. Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    We process orders very quickly to ensure that you receive them as soon as possible. As a result, you are unable to change or cancel your order after it is placed. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.
